As a former dancer, Pilates was a natural fit for Tricia. She began taking mat classes in 2003 and was immediately hooked! After being a dedicated student of the work for many years, she became certified through Pendleton Pilates in Cincinnati, OH in 2007. She has enjoyed expanding her practice and her teaching skills by completing the Balanced Body comprehensive training as well as attending workshops with Julian Littleford, Conni Ramsey, Jennifer Kries, and Dan Tripp. Tricia’s favorite part of teaching Pilates is getting to experience the “lightbulb moments” when clients begin to internalize the work and make mind-body connections through the exercises. Outside of the studio, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband of 19 years, Andy, and their 3 children, playing tennis, and watching her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves.
