Pam’s Pilates career began in 2000. She holds a national certification from ACE and received her Pilates training through Balanced Body University. She directed the Total Pilates Studio for Bally Total Fitness for 5 years and trained for Epiphany Pilates Studio for 7, before joining the training team at Absolute Pilates. Pam is also a Lifestyle Intervention Coach for Kaiser Permanente and teaches Stress Management Seminars throughout the Atlanta area.
Known for her humor and inspirational approach to fitness, Pam has developed numerous programs for some the industries prominent players; The Step, Crunch Fitness, SPRI, IDEA, Bally, Gin Miller Fitness, Today’s Fitness, Umbro International, Power Productions, Body Trends and Kaiser Permanente. Her body of work in the youth market spans a couple of decades; creating dozens of workout videos and making inroads to the schools through assemblies and work with the President’s Council on Fitness and Sports. She has been published in numerous articles and training manuals relating to family fitness, childhood obesity, and full body wellness for all populations.
As the media spokesperson for Crunch Fitness in the Atlanta region, Pam was a frequent guest on CNN and local TV stations discussing a variety of fitness related topics. She has also been featured on The Best Damn Sports Show, Today Show and ESPN.
Her strengths include the exceptional ability to design and deliver exercise programs that inspires people to want to move, and ultimately feel better about themselves and their lives.
A California native, Pam now resides in the Atlanta area and loves dance, outdoor activities, and especially hanging out with her family.
