Absolute Pilates has been serving metro-Atlanta since 2006. We have a fully equipped studio in Woodstock, GA and are dedicated to providing a peaceful, friendly environment where individuals can be encouraged and optimal results can be obtained. Absolute Pilates embraces the traditional Pilates Method based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. We also incorporate contemporary and innovative techniques appropriate to the needs of each client.

Our highly qualified, accomplished instructors provide exceptional training and have completed comprehensive certification programs. We believe that movement can change and heal our bodies. Our primary focus is always on strengthening the core, creating muscular balance and better postural alignment. We believe that Pilates helps you live your life better!
Our pricing is affordable and there are no enrollment fees or contractual agreements. We offer package pricing to ensure that you never lose a class!
Absolute Pilates offers private, semi-private and small group sessions. With over 500 exercises we have outstanding classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced movers. Check our schedule for Reformer, Interval Circuit and Jump Board, Chair/Tower, Mat Pilates and TRX Fusion. We look forward to seeing you in the studio!

All packages expire 90 days from purchase with no extensions. No refunds on used sessions. Must have sessions prepaid in order to register for classes. 24hr cancellation fee (Price of session or class) strictly enforced!
